Franchise Investment and Fees

At Mooeys, we believe in transparency when it comes to franchise investment. Below is a clear breakdown of the costs and payments involved when joining the Mooeys family:

Initial Investment Breakdown

Deposit: £2,495 + VAT

Deposit: £2,495 + VAT

A deposit is required to secure your chosen territory or location. Once the deposit is made, we’ll start the property search and work with you to develop business plans for your franchise.

Final Franchise Fee: £24,995 + VAT (minus the deposit)

Deposit: £2,495 + VAT

The remaining balance of £22,500 + VAT is payable once a premises has been secured or agreed in principle. Franchisees have 3 months from the deposit date to find a suitable property.

Payment Timeline

  • Month 1: Deposit Pay £2,495 + VAT to secure your territory and initiate the property search process.
  • Month 3: Final Payment Once a property contract is secured, the remaining franchise fee of £22,500 + VAT is due.

Note: If finding a premises takes longer than expected, we can extend the search period by up to 6 months, depending on the franchisee’s active involvement in the search.

Ongoing Fees

  • Ongoing Management Fees: 5% of net turnover (invoiced monthly) This fee covers the ongoing support and operational guidance provided by Mooeys.
  • Marketing Fund Contribution: 2% of net turnover (invoiced monthly) Managed by a marketing agency, this fund ensures your franchise benefits from a fair and accurate marketing spend.
